AMLA CANDY:

Amla or Amloki (what we say in Bengali) is the richest source of  Vitamin C among all other fruits. The Chavanprash which many of us love to have or used to have in our childhood has basic ingredient "Amla". It is used in Trifala too (amla+harard+behada) which  takes regularly to improve digestion.
